busy busy
No blogging means that I’ve been busy. Busy at work (good kind of busy) and busy at home (between crafty projects and seeing friends, Miranda is in town this week). Football season started last weekend which ties up our Sundays. Last Sunday we had friends over, this Sunday we’re going friends house for the game. I have started sewing the Rock quilt. I still need to iron on a bunch of interfacing but I started sewing to take a break. So far I’m really enjoying piecing each square together. I have two small blocks pieced together in random bunches. I’ll attempt to take a pic this weekend for an update shot. Beads haven’t been touched in about a week and a half. The quilt sort of took that over. But they aren’t far from my thoughts. I’ve decided to donate the newest wall flower to the Art Guild’s 8x8. That means I need to get started on the finishing process. I’ve also been sort of inspired to maybe participate in a holiday show…I need to seriously think that one over b/c it maybe more than I can chew right now. It sounds fun though. And I’m still Holgaing away. I’ve scanned in photos from Michigan and Labor Day weekend. I uploaded Labor Day weekend which includes my first roll taken on my pinhole. I really like my pinhole, and plan to try it out with black and white film this weekend.
Fall is a great time of year for us, we’re busy doing awesome fun things and seeing lots of people. Next weekend is the Peoria Riverfront Art Fair. I can’t wait! I’m blowing off my highschool reunion for it! (not sure I would have went to that anyway though!) An enamel artist that was there last year is supposed to return and I’m real excited to see his work again.

The Riverfront Art Fair sound very exciting. I would blow off my reunion for this, too. In fact I did blow it off for other reasons in August ... Have fun there and with everything else!
