Television is advertising today’s date as the luckiest day of the century. Today is the day thousands of people are getting married or heading to Vegas to try their luck. Kinda funny, b/c if TV hadn’t have pointed that out to me, I’d have never thought of it. Also today is the Live Earth concert series. I think it’s amazing that someone coordinated such a huge event. Over a hundred music artists are performing in cities on every continent in the world. And they’re performing to give voice to global warming. A good cause and an amazing event. It’s being broadcast on msn and bravo. Last week for the first time I saw an episode of the Discovery Channel series Planet Earth, narrated by Sigourney Weaver. The one I saw was about caves and it was AMAZING! I’m actually thinking about buying the box set. Camera men spent a month in a cave wading in feet of bat guano in order to capture some really unique creatures on tape. It describes how different creatures plant and animal depend on each other for survival, whether its for food or methods of pollination. It made for a great show to bead to, and I learned a lot of cool stuff.

I found a lucky penny today… And, I don’t know if it’s the luckiest day or not, but the day is not over yet…
