Yummy blog. I love quiche and we use gruyere very often for cooking/baking. It’s a great cheese. In fact, we just bought a big piece yesterday, among others, for baking a savoury apple quiche at the weekend. It’s a nice autumnal meal.
Congrats to R for making his first small steps into adulthood. wink

How’d you get it to be blue like that? Is the blue slim your new wide angle? You should do a stop action of R rolling over and flipping him over and rolling over again. Where do you pick pears?

N- I’ve never used gruyere cheese it’s kinda pricey around here and I wouldn’t even know where to go to find it.  I’m going to subsititute with sharp white chedder but it should still be good.  The apple quiche sounds amazing!  yum yum yum

M- ok so i think this is how everything is tinted blue.  The sun was going down and I shot this pointing away from the setting sun.  I’ve done it on accident before as well so I think it might be a dependable method.  Yep Blue Slim is the new toy wide angle.  And we have two pear trees in the back yard and the pears are literally snapping the branches b/c they are so heavy this year.

Epic.

We ate lots of cheddar Great Britain. Great cheese and a suitable substitute. I can imagine that gruyere is quite expensive over there, it is not cheap here either.
