A Crymson Life

in the tray

I have been beading very regularly all week.  Sunday I wandered into the bead room and couldn’t make up my mind on which project to work on.  I grabbed several and placed the parts on my tray and brought them out into the living room to work on.  Here is a pic of the tray on the couch.  There are 3 large bouquet pieces and 2 smaller pieces and a bowl of runts in this pile.  I actually worked on little bits of several of these projects.  Two are most likely to have all the petals complete and one of which I started with the greens.  The other larger project is newer and more inspired by halloween.  The two smaller projects are more Christmas oriented and so I’m not quite inspired to do much with them.  I did work a little bit on one though.  I’m very excited to be working on all of these projects and can’t wait to show more of them as progress continues.
This weekend Mom and Dad and the Dude are coming down.  There is a tree climbing contest in town and so we’ll go to that for a while and then head to the art fair on the river front.

Tree climbing contest? Sounds fun. Will you all take part? wink Unfortunately, I was chubby and unathletic as a kid, so I was not able to climb trees quite high ... :(

And your working area looks quite promising. Have a great weekend!

That’s a hot jade bowl you got there. Keep you eye out for the Chris Dahlquist at the art fair. One of these days I’ll get money to be able to afford it!
